Supermarket Chain OEM Daily Product Line
The Challenge
A regional US supermarket chain with 250+ locations wanted to launch a private-label line of 32 daily household products — storage containers, kitchen tools, and cleaning accessories. They needed a single manufacturing partner capable of producing all 32 SKUs with consistent quality across materials (PP, PE, silicone, stainless steel), branded packaging, and retail-ready barcoding — all at a price point that would deliver 40%+ margin against national brands.
Our Solution
We consolidated all 32 SKUs into a single OEM program. Our engineering team developed 18 new injection molds, sourced 4 existing mold bases that matched specifications, and set up a dedicated production cell to ensure consistent quality across the full product line. Custom retail packaging was designed and produced in-house. The entire program shipped in 4 consolidated containers over 12 weeks.

DTC Brand Custom Packaging Solution
The Challenge
A fast-growing DTC home goods brand needed a custom-designed silicone kitchen storage set — 5 SKUs with matching branded packaging, insert cards, and unboxing experience. They had concept sketches but no production-ready CAD files. Their previous manufacturer required a 10,000-unit MOQ per SKU, which was too high for their launch-phase budget.
Our Solution
Our R&D team turned their concept sketches into production-ready 3D models and mold designs within 10 days. We produced prototype samples for their feedback (2 rounds of iteration), then manufactured an initial order of 2,000 units per SKU. Custom-designed retail packaging with their brand identity was produced in parallel. The client launched on schedule and reordered within 60 days.

Convenience Store Chain Equipment Rollout
The Challenge
A 400-location convenience store chain in the UK needed standardized in-store production equipment (heated display units and food-prep stations) for a new hot-food program rollout across all locations. The equipment had to meet UK electrical standards (BS 7671), CE marking requirements, and tight installation deadlines — 50 locations per month over 8 months.
Our Solution
We designed and manufactured 400 sets of production equipment to UK specifications, with CE compliance documentation for every unit. Production was batched in monthly lots of 50 units to match the client's installation schedule. Our in-house customs clearance team handled all export documentation. Two of our engineers traveled to the UK for the initial 25-store installation to train the client's installation team.
